How do I log in for the first time?

The member log in icon is located at the top right corner on all pages of the website. It can appear as your name e.g Jane Smith or as a grey button. See the example to the right.

After clicking Login, enter your email address and click on forgot password. See the example to the right.

You will be sent an automated email from Durham Central PROBUS Club to reset your password including a link to click on. If you do not receive this email in a few minutes, check your spam email. The link expires after a certain period of time. Delete this email after your password is reset and do not attempt to re-use this link. (re-use may lock you out of account)

When you click on the link, you will see the Reset your password page.

What are the password requirements?

The password you create must be:

Minimum of 12 characters
Both upper and lower case letters
At least 1 number
At least 1 of the following special character: #?!@$%^&*-
Alpha characters are case sensitive: A is not the same as a

What happens after I log in?

When you first log into this website you will be required to accept the provider's terms of use before proceeding. See the example to the right.

After your log in is complete, you will normally be directed to the member's page. You will find information on this page about the membership.

If you have an open invoice, you will be direct to the Invoices and Payments tab in you Member Profile.
